About Kim
As Co-Director and Founder of RKG Consulting, Kim has expertise in both Accounting and Compliance and is dedicated to providing her clients with the best advice possible when it comes to arranging an organizational structure that requires the correct integration of Compliance, ESG requirements and other Business legislation. With over 30 years of extensive experience in Compliance, ESG, Finance and Accounting Operations, in smaller and larger companies, both in the UK and Canada. She held the position of Controller and Chief Compliance Officer at QV Investors Inc. from 2007 to 2017, a Canadian based Investment Company with an AUM of around $15 Billion. Kim has helped QV and other companies with projects such as CRM, ERP implementations whilst keeping abreast of ongoing ESG and Compliance and Accounting legislation.
Kim gained her ESG accreditation in 2020 and has a Business Degree and HND from the University of Northumbria UK. During her time in the Investment Industry, she passed the Canadian Securities and the Chief Compliance Officer’s exams.
